We are a small 25+ year old established IT support family business with large client base in NYC metro area.
This is a field technician position throughout Manhattan 90% Queens and Brooklyn 10%. 90% of work is done at client location: You will be required to travel to our client location and repair all sorts of issues no car is necessary!
Viruses, Trojans, software conflicts and more. Server installations user configuration, exchange setup & configuration; active directory: local and remote networks: Workstations: printers, ”and everything else under the sun””
If you have skills with apple (Mac) is a plus.
You must have a solid background in all phases repair upgrades and conflict resolution on location or by remote.
You must be able to deal with clients in a professional and ethical manner. Strong verbal and written communications skills, punctuality, professional appearance is a must for this position.
You must be a US citizen with sold ethical background and pass a basic security clearance.
This is a full time commission based position (1099)
